The bag itself it nice. The strap broke within the first week. I used this bag for a 17" laptop. Apparently this bag is not strong enough to hold this size. The plastic part of the strap broke. I suggest getting a bag with metal instead of plastic.

I haven't had any problems with this bag at all!! It has tons of room for all the things I carry with my laptop. I carry an extra battery, AC adapter, laptop cooler, mouse, 2 external hard drives, and folders of paperwork. I LOVE this bag!

I got this bag for a 17" Dell Studio. The computer fits very nicley with plenty of room for accessories, mouse, charger cord, external hard drive. Its very roomy. However, the rings on the sides and the hooks on the strap are plastic and broke within the first 10 minutes of use. Replaced the rings with large key rings and the strap with one with metal clips from another bag. Now the bag works and looks great.
