Part of the award-winning R-Strap line, the Women's Strap is the world's first camera strap that focuses on the perfect fit for the female.

While maintaining the traditional "Built for Speed" design, BlackRapid's designers added a sleek curve highlighted with an elegant but slight pattern accent or classic black.

This Women's Strap provides comfort, speed, and durability along with graceful styling.

Each R-Strap is worn diagonally across the torso from shoulder to hip, and adjusts to fit most photographers.

The length adjuster is located inconspicuously at the rear of the shoulder pad.

Included is a stainless steel FastenR which fastens to the standard 1/4"-20 tripod socket on the camera body or lens.

Once fastened the camera hangs upside down, resting securely at the photographer's hip, stomach, or at the small of the back.

The R-Strap system distributes weight sensibly, and contains dense foam padding for unparalleled comfort.

I've been searching for a camera strap like this for a long time, and I'm so glad BlackRapid created one for me! I went on vacation and was able to have my camera by my side the entire time, with minimal discomfort! I have a Nikon D700 with the gigantic 24-70mm 2.8 lens, so that's saying a lot! The fact that it's curved to fit around a lady's bust was awesome, and it's extremely tough and durable. I wasn't afraid of it stretching or breaking at all. I use it every day! Also, as a side note - I was afraid it would be too small for me, because I'm a pretty big girl - but it fit just fine. Enjoy, and please click if this review helped you out at all! I hope it did!

I love it too but unlike the first reviewer, I am a large woman and was concerned about fit. No worries, plenty of extra length but I also find a little slack in the keeper across the chest: need to review the Black Rapid film on using this strap.

My neck feels great after 3 hours of wearing this in a botanical garden shoot: just drop the camera and it slips to the correct position on my hip with no strain at all. It has a nice subtle feminine brocade fabric on the thicker part that goes across the chest and coordinates with any clothing one might choose to wear.

Others in a different forum have mentioned the fastener that goes into the bottom hole for tripods and had some concerns about this holding the camera securely but I feel very secure with said fastener and it is easy to disconnect for tripod use. My only concern is that when you do disconnect to place the camera on the tripod. there is no strap to secure the camera while fumbling with the tripod connector. A minor point since I am probably more clumsy than other photgraphers but I would love to see a wrist strap that attaches to the left side on the camera on the usual strap connector. Everything I have found attaches to the bottom tripod hole. I plan to work on one to meet my needs but maybe Black Rapid will come up with something suitable.

I love gadgets and all knids of camera accessories but often am diappointed in my purchases. Black Rapid definetly delivers on this one and it is well worth the purchase price.

I bought this strap for my wife after reading about this strap on various photography websites/blogs. The strap is specifically designed with women involved as the strap centers comfortably in between a woman's chest area. My wife was complaining how uncomfortable the supplied Nikon strap that came with the camera was. Now she really enjoys using this strap as it takes the weight off her neck and moves it comfortably onto her shoulders.

*** Update: Somehow/way the strap got twisted inside itself and I was not able to fix it myself. I contact BlackRapid support and after 6 months the REPLACED THE STRAP for FREE as they were not able to untwist it either. That speaks volumes to me as a company is only good as their products. Since they stood behind their product they have made a customer for life.
