Band members Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Bill Ward and Geezer Butler formed the English rock group 'Black Sabbath' in 1968. Incorporating occult- and horror-inspired lyrics with tuned-down guitars, they are considered one of the most influential heavy metal bands of all time. Black Sabbath helped define the genre with their 1970's quadruple-platinum album 'Paranoid'. Black Sabbath has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide, and were ranked number one on MTV's Greatest Metal Bands countdown. Ozzy Osbourne was fired from the band in 1979; the original lineup reunited with Osbourne in 1997 and released a live album, Reunion, which spawned the Grammy Award-winning single "Iron Man" in 2000, thirty years after the song's initial release on Paranoid. this shirt arrived a day ahead of when it said it was going too, and in great condition. the only thing i would change is have the white ink on the shirt be a little thicker, as it seems to be fading after a few washes. other than that, it's a great shirt for the first Heavy Metal band to rock our world!
