History and properties of nigella sativa. How to use it in teas, cooking, and external applications for various complaints and purposes. Would have liked a few recipes thrown in, but no complaints. Found it on the ingredients list for a naan recipe in my bread machine cookbook. Also one of the five ingredients in masala. Might want an ethnic cookbook for more recipes.
