The set arrived faster than I thought (thanks to customer service) and just in time for the black tie wedding I needed to attend on New Years Eve. The set is perfect and a terrific price (comparable to similar sets over $50). Thanks again!

This set was one of the most affordable that I found and it looks great. I also appreciated the directions that it had in the box on how to tie a bowtie.

This set is a kind of hit and miss. I already had a decent grossgrain self tie/bow tie so I was only in need of the cummerbund. Since the cummerbund is pretty much covered by my jacket all night anyway...I figured what the hell, besides...you can't beat the price for both of these. That's just the problem though, I love a bargain, but I love quality even more. You won't get much mileage out of either of these, so plan on making another purchase sooner than later. That being said, I think you can get away with the cummerbund...the tie is not worth it for me...even at this price.

This is the cheapest material and construction I have ever seen. This would only be good if you are using it for a Halloween costume.

This set is of very good quality and the tie was very easy to do with the instructions included.

Um, basically, it's a black silk tie and Cumberbund. I'm sure there's nicer ones out there, but it was the cheapest. It came in time for, and didn't actively try and ruin my wedding, so pretty much thumbs up. Was $20+ everywhere else.

Good quality at a great price. I had to learn to tie the bowtie online. It's actually pretty easy. When you wear this you will start to notice all of the guys wearing clip on ties. James Bond wouldn't wear a clip on:-)

I really needed just the cummerbund but the price on the set (tie and cummerbund) was too good to pass up. Arrived within the time quoted in a nice box. What can I say ...it was a black synthetic made fibre looks good and does the job PLUS I got a new self tie black tie to go with my collection... The courteous follow up to my comments is one more indication that this is a bone fide well run business ...I would certainly buy again ..

I am satisfied with both the bow tie and cummerbund- used them both recently without any problem. The only suggestion I have for the vendor is to enclose an instruction sheet on tying a bow tie. It would be very helpful specially if one is on a rush and has no time to get on the internet to find out how!

SOME PEOPLE HAVE MONEY -- AND LOTS OF IT -- that shop Online from Amazon, and their Online Partners. And this company is a GOOD ONE: their product super, top quality, AND... the rich man's "Super Shopper" price. The reason the rich have money... is that they work hard, think smart, invest wisely, and DO NOT SQUANDER their money. This black cummerbund and self-tie bow tie are perfect quality (as far as discernible without wearing it yet); arrived within 5 days from order; gift boxed; cummerbund a perfect fit for a small 31 inch waist. Including two VERY COURTEOUS emails to firmly establish "fit" for small male waist. I'm from Texas, Alabama, Florida and the Beverly Hills area of LA; have lived all over the USA (including NYC, mid-Manhattan)... and KNOW people and quality. As I listen on my computer to gorgeous Russian music in the Russian language as I write this review, I think how I could have purchased this same item from Saks or Nieman or Macy's or other fine retailers I shop from... and paid five to ten times as much. BUT... I shop for bargains, and buy bargains -- again, which is why I have money. AND I GUARANTEE YOU that one of the most beautiful women in the world in Paris from the wealthy elite... is NOT going to notice the name brand on my cummerbund or bow tie. My cologne, watch, suit, shoes, and perhaps my underwear -- yes, she will notice all of that. But not this name brand. SO... shop from these people; you will be highly pleased, satisfied, and have money left over in your pocket to dine or stay at the Beverly Wilshire; or visit Paris or the Riviera or Moscow or St. Pete !!!!!!!!!
