I did not need 26,000 Black-Eyed Susans, but this is certainly enough to seed my ditch area and have seed to spare.

I tilled the soil and scattered the seeds
I watered, and waited and pulled all the weeds.

The sprouts came through bright and green
They need full sun or they will tend to be lean.

Thin them out and watch them grow
no more grass for need to mow.

The plants mature in 100 days
Brilliant yellow petals will attract your gaze.

Self seeding and hardy, they come back each year
So when they are gone in the fall don't shed a tear.

Mix in some daisies and maybe a coneflower too
And many many beautiful butterflies you will woo.

Once they are planted you have it made
no work, no fuss, you can relax in the shade.

Highly recommended even if you don't have a green thumb

Bought wildflower seeds before and been disappointed. Planted these with real care and plenty of water and attention - zip, zilch. Guess I will report on them again next season, but not much hope. Also, only 24,978 seeds.

OK, not 25,000 flowers but a hundred at least. About two weeks after i wrote the negative review, the flowers started popping out. Sure do look purty. A hugely wet August probably helped after such a dry, hot July. I did water them regularly but nothing like rain and lots of it.

I planted them outside around my ac unit hoping they will grow and kinda cover it they are taking a long time to grow, but they are there we will see what happens.

I wrote a review that was not true a couple of days ago. This is a 5 star product! I rated the wrong item on my last review. Sorry!! I received it quickly and recomend this to all types of green thumbs!!!!

Recieved the item super fast. Planted them the next day. Within 2 weeks they began bursting through the ground with new sprouts everywhere. Can't wait for them to bloom. It's going to be oddles of color. Will definitely be back next year to purchase more.

Order received on a timely basis but all I received was a bunch of seeds in a plain plastic envelope. Absolutely no instructions on where, how, when to plant. Nothing about type of dirt, watering instructions, Bottom line nothing!!!

The seeds arrived very quickly and from visual inspection the seeds look fine, just planted half of them and will see how many germinate! Good product (so far) for a good price.

I guess the proof will come middle of next (2011) year, but these cam promptly and seem to be a great value.
