About the Author
Richard Grupenhoff (MA, American studies, Purdue, Ph.D., theatre and film, Ohio State) is Assistant Professor of Communications at Glassboro State College, NJ. He is collecting interviews from black actors who appeared in independent black-cast films between 1925 and 1950.
