Tray is velvet over foam tubes, true to size stated. Right & left ends show foam - not covered with velvet, but color of foam is dark like the velvet, so it sort of blends. Can be cut to size if you are trying to add ring space to an existing jewelry box, like I did.

This is not a black leather ring tray. It is a foam article with a slight covering of black velour.

I bought these ring trays for my mom because she had been looking for something to organize all her fun, funky rings. I looked at several bigger, more expensive options but ended up buying these because I thought she could tuck them into smaller spaces within her larger jewelry chests. She LOVES them and wants to order several more! She has her rings organized by color and they are much easier to find than being thrown in a pile. The organizers are a simple design but securely constructed and seem like they will be durable enough for the long term.

Understanding that the price of these is really low, you still expect something you can actually use. They are completely worthless and too inexpensive to return. We ended up throwing them away.

The product itself is fine, but you guys really need to rename the item. You're calling it a "Ring Tray Jewelry Pad Showcase Display" but it really is an insert that needs to be put in something else. The ends are foam, and would be visible in a showcase...not covered in velvet like the rest of the top surface. The bottom is thick cardboard, which shows on the sides.

Your description is correct, but the title should reflect that this isn't a standalone product. We were a little disappointed, but bought some little trays from the Container Store to put them in. I'd be a little embarrassed to take this out of a jewelry case with nice jewelry and set it in front of a customer. It's just not a finished look unless you add a tray.

I bought this because I didn't have enough ring spots in my current jewelry box, but I had plenty of space to add more. This was the perfect size and doesn't move much. It isn't the most prettiest thing in the world, but it is sturdy and does the job. I am only using one right now and have another for my future ring purchases (I have an addiction to rings).
