I hate cell phones
This saler was great got the phone promptly and had no trouble connecting it to my cell phone company, but I think blackberry's are just poorly made. The center button wears quickly and makes the phone useless.

Great cellphone, poor service
Cellphones are where the Amazon model breaks down - you really need someone to speak to sometimes! This jewel of a cellphone is unuseable in my house becauseof poor T-Mobile coverage area. But after waiting for 1 week to get delivery, and no one to discuss an exchange for different carrier, I returned and bought an ATT model elsewhere.

first off, amazon reduced the price of this phone 3 times after i ordered it, and they credited my account for each of the three amounts extremely quickly with no beefs whatsoever.....the best customer service i have ever received........on top of that, i love the phone
