The phone did not work
The phone did not work, had to send it to technical service, to repare it. Bad experience buying this blackberry.

It will be better if the seller add more information about this product, like if it is a RIM product or OEM product. Which accsesories comes into the box?, Is it unboxed?, open box?, original packaging?

The Bold 9700 is a great phone! it's features are a big step up from the Curve 8520 which I loved but outgrew!
The camera feature and picture quality are spot on! The keys and screen and entire phone are sturdy and feel comfortable in your hand! Good battery life and excellent standby time! If u buy a Bold 9700 try and make sure it's a AT&T phone as they seem to stand up to the best quality than many other phone companies!

As my mobile operator mentioned, this model needs hard restart (to get off a battery) too often.
