This works great, just have to be sure that your blackberry is situated properly in the pod. I've found that you should first insert the device into the pod vertically(90degrees) then let it rest against the back side of the pod. This motion seems to ensure a good charging connection everytime. Otherwide, a sturdy good product.

This charger makes it easy to charge my BB. You need to make sure the phone is seated right, or else it will not charge. Other than that, great buy.
