BE AWARE,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: BlackBerry Curve 8330 - Smartphone - CDMA2000 1X - QWERTY keyboard - BlackBerry OS - orange - Sprint (Wireless Phone)
When I got this phone I had to take it to the Sprint Store to get turn on and they could not do it. They said something was wrong with this phone programming. I'm glad I had insurance they gave me a new phone of the same model. But be aware they thought I might be sold a another phone instead of Sprint phone..

This blackberry provides all the bells and whistles and more. I am very happy with this phone, especially at how easy it was to learn to use it and download additional free apllications.

When I got this phone it didn't state that it was refurbished or that it was used; but it stated that it was new and it worked the only thing it didn't come in orange but it was black. I was okay with that I just needed a new phone; well if I would have read the reviews like others do I wouldn't have bought this product. I had the phone a little over 60 days and then it was just bologna. My brother works with cell phones so I took it him, the charger port was all messed up I had to hold my charger in until it was fully charged and that took a few hours. Then he gave me a mini SM card and that didn't fit in my port. I didn't really mind the charger port because I was going to purchase an external charger but not having a card in my phone to back up all my stuff to wasn't really something I was fond of. Finally after I had all these complications frequently would the track ball stick and not move to the correct apps that I wanted it to go to; and it would always fall out. I was doing daily exercises and I had my phone well on my way home at about 9 at night; the ball fell out. Tracker balls aren't expensive but instead I just bought a whole new upgraded cell phone. This was the worst purchase I ever made, good thing I had insurance.
