I received this battery, charged it and nothing. The battery looked scratched and did not look new at all. The battery had a price that was to unbelievably low, well don't believe it.

The first battery did not work. I contacted the company for a replacement. A new battery was received in just a couple of days. No questions asked. Great customer service.
I would recommend this product and the company.

These batteries that claimed to be new are in fact gently used. To the average consumer they appear to be new but just because they are placed in a plastic shrink wrap does not make them new. They come from New Breed Corp which is a company that buys carrier returns. They should disclaim that they are used and not sold as new. Do not trust OEM FOR CHEAP. Wholesale cost on these batteries range between $30 to $34.

This product was brand new and was priced almost 15 dollars cheaper then other sites and the Verizon store. Great battery life and now I have the old one as a back up.

This is the real thing. The exact battery that comes with the Blackberry Storm. No problems at all.

The product was delivered within 3 days, well before the stated delivery time. It was exactly as stated in the ad and was securely packaged.

I was having trouble with a Blackberry Tour in that the battery wouldn't stay charged for any length of time even after just removing from charging -- it would deplete itself somehow without even using and shut the phone down. I had just received the phone in February and it started doing this just a couple of months later. Thought it was the phone and decided to just try replacing the battery first. That did the trick and it works perfectly now - charging and holding the charge as it's supposed to.

now, battery seems great and it charged up really fast. Order went without a hitch, I received my battery 6 days later and that's during the Christmas rush!

The battery for my Blackberry Tour was shipped quickly. It was sealed in cellophane and arrived in perfect condition. I would order from this company again.

Glad I was able to get this battery replacement for my Blackberry Tour. Ive had the phone for just about 2 years and the charge began to hold for less and less time. New battery and now works fine.
