I like the historical integrity of the coloring books Dover provides and this pirate book is a good one. However, be forewarned that in its accurate depiction of the punishments faced by one of the pirates there is an image of him being hanged afore a cheering crowd (its recipent is only 6 years old). I found that a little disturbing and might remove it from the book. Of course if you're looking to teach lessons in crime and punishment, this may be the way to go....
