It's the Golden Age of Coloring Books!
All "superstars" of piracy including Anne Bonny, Mary Read and the infamous Blackbeard are here in divine black and white. It's up to you to add your own color to the Golden Age of Piracy and bring it all to life. Make sure to examine this before giving it to the kids
I like the historical integrity of the coloring books Dover provides and this pirate book is a good one. However, be forewarned that in its accurate depiction of the punishments faced by one of the pirates there is an image of him being hanged afore a cheering crowd (its recipent is only 6 years old). I found that a little disturbing and might remove it from the book. Of...

Blackbeard and Other Notorious Pirates Coloring Book is of the high quality you can expect from Dover Publications. The possabilities are endless for you to bring history beautifully to life. Just don't judge them too harshly. Remember Piracy was a better deal than a hitch in His Majesty's Navy!
