The phone is a very tight fit inside of the phone holster which makes the case press the buttons to dial out.

The item description says "OEM Perfect Fit Leather Case for Blackberry". Absolute cheap junk! I knew it would be junk, but I am having a hard time finding a REAL OEM case. This case is NOT OEM. It is deformed in shape, the stitching is not straight and the materials are of the lowest standard. The people who make these things don't have a Blackberry to test fit after production. This is obvious, because the fit is so tight that you have to get a monkey grip on the phone and rip it out of the case with both hands. Be smarter than me and do not waste your money or time with this thing.

This item looked good and arrived quickly. However the material quality was not up to standard after three weeks of use the plastic belt clip broke at the swivel connection point.

It's not worth to postage necessary to return it.

I ordered this case from Ronny Barboza on the 6th of March 2010, and haven't had any response from them. I have sent two e-mails requesting an answer or some type of response as to what happened to my order, and I'm still waiting.

This item is listed as being Leather, actually called Premium Leather. Maybe there are plastic cows in China, but this product is 100% cheap vinyl that has cracks in the hold down strap in less than 2 weeks. Unacceptable is the best term I can use here. Items have been returned, which Amazon has given excellent service for returning (Thanks).

Looks like the original case, but the magnets for the sleep mode are not as powerful and the case is little smaller than the original. Consequently, when placing the phone in the case, it depresses buttons, etc. Caught it one time trying to dial the emergency number.
