as expected
the trackball came in a nice plastic bag. It had all the product and was shipped promptly. Easy to install and looks cool in my bb 8900.

Not sure if the Black Berry is Junk for using these balls or just the balls. I have ordered these twice and one time they were broke when I got them. I will never by them again.

Since I have the glorious task of BlackBerry support at my job, This exact Trackball works great as a replacement for sticky or failing Trackballs. I have tried several different vendors here on Amazon.com, but this Trackball has given me the least headaches.
