If you've never used a blackberry at all get this book, but if you actually read any of the instructions that come with it this book is redundant. I did not learn anything new that I hadn't already read or figured out.

Not Much Help - Especially With A Mac/Apple Computer,

I purchaed this book with the hopes that it would give some insight on how to have the Blackberry Pearl & my Mac computer communicate better. There just wasn't information that was helpful in it for that purpose. All of the other info was pretty basic.
Apparently, Blackberry phones just don't work well with Macs. Since Macs are well-known for recognizing software/hardware/products, this is quite odd. I've learned more from reading on-line forums, than from the book.
