Amazed
After reading about replacing the trackball to my Curve I found that AT&T would not simply replace it - they would require it to be sent in. I looked on Amazon for a replacement trackball and stumbled on this one from DB Roth. Great price for 2 trackballs. I ordered with normal shipping on a Thursday and it was in my mailbox on Monday. Popped it in and it worked better...

Went from stuck to sticky
After fighting my old trackball (more than a year old), I was really looking forward to smooth operations again. Unfortunately, the new one is very sticky. I still don't understand how I can move the trackball in one direction while the cursor moves in the opposite direction!

I'd been taking out my old trackball and cleaning it repeatedly to no avail. These replacement trackballs were so inexpensive and easy to install. It saved me from having to pay for the cell carrier to replace the trackball!

If you still use trackballs in your blackberry then go ahead and get this because its night and day difference between your old trackball and this one

The order included a tool to remove the trackball and an cleaning cloth but only the replacement trackballs came in the package.

The trackballs that came with this kit did not work very well at all. Luckily I still had my old trackball, I had just lost the ring that goes around it. I tried one of the new track balls for a couple of days, but I ended up just using my old trackball and a new ring.

These came as advertised and look exactly like the original trackball. But they do not operate as smmothly or precisley as the original.
