I bought Sunday night, was told it would take 4-5 days to process and take another 5-6 days for shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to see the trackball showed up Thursday afternoon. 3 days total from placing the order to being in my hand... nice! The trackball fit and works great, kind of feels a little smoother and quieter than the original. My only complaint was that the picture shows this trackball as being all black, but the one I received had a white housing around the black ball which annoyed me. Magic marker was a quick fix, wish I didn't have to, but oh well. I'm sure they would've replaced it, but I'm impatient. Definitely recommend this.

I tried this product, but ended up going back to the original trackball. The movement of the ball wasn't as smooth and sometimes when I would move the ball my phone wouldn't recognize the movement. It could have been a bad ball, but I'm not going to buy another one to see if it works.

there are two things wrong. One the item didn't come with any directions or packed very securely. Missing was the opening tool that said came free with the product so I also feel I was misled.

Didn't move up and down sideways only.I had to take it apart and i just use the ball and cabined it with parts from old one.

It had some flaws, when it were received and installed I noticed that was not working properly, so I have to clean it up and then it started to work

I bought this trackball for my Blackberry Curve 8310 and I have to say am very disappointed. The ball does not move very easily, sometimes not at all. I converted back to the original trackball but still used the new ring. Be careful with the ring because the prongs bend very easily and will break. Do not waste your money.

This tracking ball doesn't work. If you need a new tracking ball for you BB buy any other, but never this one.

The track ball was deliverd quickly, however they sent the wrong color. Ordered a black one and a white track ball was sent. But the item does work great. The shipping in my opinion is excessive for the weight of the product. Having worked in a warehouse, I know that an item of that weight does not cost six to seven dollars to ship!!

It is what it is... a replacement of the exact type. They make it nice by adding the tool to help.

it works good just not perfectly. it slips up often...i use it as my back up now.
