I bought the Blackberry Trackball Plus Toolkit Survival Kit mainly for the tools. I use them all the time to disassemble electronics and now I don't know how I ever did any work without the aid of the tweezers...The extra trackball just in case was really just an added bonus I like to keep around just in case ;)

I bought this tool kit over a year ago, and was not compelled to write a review, however it has really come into handy when I was changing my Blackberry Bold 9000 trackball. This kit is amazing it has lots of sizes and the tweezers work great. It allowed me to undo the latches on the Bold 9000. I was unable to use my nails at first, and realized that using the tweezers may work, and it did. Highly recommend this tool kit for all your Blackberry needs.

The trackball on my wife's BB 8120 was only partly functioning. Our cell phone provider did not offer service and the phone for beyond the warranty, so I decided to try a replacment of the trackball. I just followed the instructions and it went into place on the first try...just took a few minutes. It works like new.
