Be careful who you have deliver the product,

A lack of a functional trackball makes the blackberry all but useless, at least regarding email and internet. This product provides a replacement trackball, and additional backup replacement trackballs. The replacement procedure is fairly simple. The only caveat is to be very careful as to which vendor you choose to send it to you. Amazon ratings may not be helpful. Because a functional blackberry is vital to my business, I ordered expedited delivery. I did not receive the product until 8 days later. I gave the vendor a "3" score because of this poor performance. The vendor contacted me, and told me it was partially their fault because they did not designate it as an expedited shipment. They also somehow blamed me because I did not contact them when it did not arrive in an expedited fashion. I then received almost daily calls and emails for about a week from the vendor asking that I remove my 3 star comment because it hurt their business. ("Find it in your heart to remove your comment . . . ") They offered to refund the over $10 expedited mailing fee if I would delete my score and comment from Amazon. I chose not to do so. $10.00 or whatever doesn't even come close to compensating for the aggravation, and loss of business access due to their error. It also doesn't compensate from having to deal with the multiple emails and phone calls to me and my staff. The vendor ultimately did not refund my expedited mailing fee. My guess is that they probably have been successful in having other bad Amazon scores deleted, falsely improving their rating, which doesn't help you. Be very careful.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. The product is great and this is a must if you have a blackberry with the trackball set up.
