A great book! Loaded with easy plays to run for all ages. Detailed plays for all scenario's as well (different zones, man to man, etc.) Provides diagrams of plays as well as a glossary of terms and symbols used in the book. Great for the beginner coach.

Whether you are a coach (at any level) or a casual fan, this book has something for you. Page after page of plays guarantee you'll find something that works for you.

From the basics to the complex, from inbounds plays to 5-man motion, this is a great way to build your knowledge base of how basketball is and should be played.

Pretty soon you'll even start recognizing the same plays run by your favorite team the next time you watch a game on TV. Hey, how can you go wrong for $15?

Organized by situation (baseline out of bounds, sideline out of bounds, last second plays, etc.) its a great reference tool to quickly draw up a play when needed. You can also use it to complement your playbook. Note that many of these plays are available on the internet at various basketball sites, but this makes it nice and compact.

One of the things that coaches struggle with at all levels is knowing just what must be covered in practice in order to be prepared for games. This book acts as a very valuable checklist and then has the added value of providing the information on what to do with teach specific special situation covered in the book.

This book has plays for all levels of players; from young kids just getting started to varsity high school players and beyond. It is useful in that it consists mostly of visual diagrams that are succinctly explained. I plan to keep it near me on the bench this season.

I used this book when I coached a few grade school teams. It was a great resource for helping me coach my team.
