I love Amazon's comic book formatting. It really does a good job of letting you follow like you would a paper comic.

The story here is interesting and I am excited to read the next issue

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great one from Marz. September 13, 2012
I've been a long time fan of Ron Marz, the Witchblade and Artifacts series being some of my favorites. This comic is no exception to showcasing his talents. Picked it up at the Baltimore Comic Con, read it that night, and loved it. Awesome as well that it's free! So there's no reason not to give it a shot ;)

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent comic October 14, 2012

This is an excellent comic drawn from a compelling screenplay. The illustrations are dark and compelling, and they fit the story well. It provides a great introduction to the full story. I hope that the movie is made!

2.0 out of 5 stars Was not to my expectations
I thought it would be cool with interactions but the story line wasnt all that good so the interactons did not make the story line.

2.0 out of 5 stars Needs A Major Rewrite Before Amazon Makes It Into a Movie!
The story is just a string of cliches strung together set during the U. S. Civil War and has a lot of logic problems. Read more

3.0 out of 5 stars Okay, but no depth.
Wasn't all that interesting of a story, but the art work was cool. However, it was free, so I guess I can't complain too much. Read more

3.0 out of 5 stars A good start
So far this is looking like a Dead Space in the 1860's kind of tale. Hate that it ends on a cliffhanger but forgivable seeing that issue 2 is free. On to the next one.

3.0 out of 5 stars Alright
Story was okay, but a bit on the cheesy side. I've read better, but the plot is good enough that it makes it hard to put it down until you're done reading.

3.0 out of 5 stars Hoping issue 2 picks up pace.
Story wasn't bad, but wasn't anything particularly special. Moving on to #2 to give it the benefit of the doubt.
