LOVE the look, feel and quality of this faucet.

Someone could forget to shut off the main valve, go on vacation, and come back to a flood, which they would blame on Blanco.
David Jones
We'll definitely consider and buy Blanco again in the future.

This is a quality product from a great company. I would give it five stars, but it has been a constant annoyance from the day I installed it almost two years ago and it's my own fault.

I worked in restaurants a long time ago to pay my way through college. This faucet looks like a fancy version of the ones they use to rinse dishes and wash pots, which is what I bought it for. It costs about twice as much as the real thing, but it looks a lot better. I should have read the description thoroughly, because even though it looks like the real thing, it isn't.

The problem is in the way it functions. The button on the sprayer end is just a toggle between spray and aerated stream. If you switch it to aerated stream, it stays there. If you put it on spray, it slips back to half pressure every time you turn off the faucet, so you have to hit the toggle every time you use the sprayer.

The big problem for me is that the only way to turn the water off and on is the main handle on the body of the faucet. Based on my restaurant experience, I expected to grab the sprayer, push the button, and rinse the pot. Instead, I wash a pot and then reach for the handle to turn on the water, then grab the sprayer and hit the toggle to get full spray, then rinse the pot, then reach back to the handle to turn the water off. The problem with this sequence, other than the multiple steps required, is that each time I turn the water off or on, dishwater from my hands drips onto the granite counter and into the workings of the handle, where it has to be wiped off to prevent mineral and soap buildup on both surfaces.

I love this faucet in my contemporary home. It was simple to install (no plumber needed), it looks fabulous, it works like a charm (great sprayer that stays on handsfree), and it's very well constructed of high quality materials. It's not the least expensive faucet you can buy, but for the money, it's a great purchase.

Love the look of the "pro" faucet. Originally was going with a Danze, at a lessor price, but discovered it was way to big for the size of our kitchen. The Danze is around 22" high. Only found two semi-pro models that were smaller, an Elkay and the Blanco. Went with the Blanco, even though a higher price, because it seemed to be a better quality. I did have a plumber install ours, had new sink and GD, so a lot of piping needed to be redone. LOVE the look, feel and quality of this faucet.

There are so many options out there for faucets, that it was quite overwhelming to narrow down the different models. I did a pretty robust research including manufacturing record, place of origin and customer reviews and after pretty much came down to Kohler (US), Grohe (Germany), Hansgrohe (Germany), Blanco (Germany) and California Faucets (USA). After looking at the different models, we decided to go with the Blanco. We couldn't believe Amazon's prize (especially since we needed 2) and that it was shipped and sold by Amazon. We saved about $200 dollars each, and they were delivered within a day.

The product is very well built and the installation was actually easier than removing the old faucet. We are very happy with the performance and look of the product. We'll definitely consider and buy Blanco again in the future.

Pros:
Quality of product
Easy of installation
Performance (good water flow, water mix, valve control)
Price (compared to equal quality alternatives)

Cons:
Instructions are pretty much useless.
The water feeds are about 2 inches shorter than I would have liked. In fact, I had to extend the cold water feed for one of the 2 faucets I installed because it was too short. All other barely made it to the water valve.
Did I mention instructions are pretty much useless?
The box in both units I ordered had a lose part that moved all over the box. We check and there was no damage, but this should have been easily fixed by the manufacturer.
Did I mention instruction are pretty much useless?

Buyer beware. In spite of the misleading information on the Blanco America website the handspray on this baby is CHEAP PLASTIC. You can save yourself a bundle of money by buying a similar faucet with a cheap plastic handspray for much less. And if your cheap plastic handspray starts to look a little banged up, I challenge you to find a replacement part. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere. Otherwise the faucet isn't too bad.

This is a great faucet for the price. It appears (have only had it installed 2 weeks) to be of high quality and looks great. It could be a little better if the pull down had slightly less tension.

The quality of this faucet is excellent. It is solid, has weight to it, and feels extremely durable. I was able to get mine through Amazon Warehouse for less than 1/2 the price, and very happy with the purchase.
