AB QUINTANILLA 3 AKA (SELENAS BROTHER) IS A GREAT BASS,SONG,WRITER PRODUCER BUT SINCE HES ALWAYS KNOWN FOR HIS KUMBIA KINGS SONGS IS LAST ALBUMS WERENT THAT GREAT.THIS CD STARTS OFF GREAT WITH NA,BLANCO Y NECRO,EXPUESTO (FAVORITE) SOLO, AND THE BEST SONG FROM THE WHOLE CD TIBURON A LA VISTA WERE STILL WAITING FOR THAT MUSIC VIDEO AB. THE REST OF THE SONGS ARE REALLY SLOW AND DONT MAKE SENSE.AB IF U WANT TO KEEP MAKING GREAT CDS LIKE U DID WITH KUMBIA KINGS DO FAST AND PARTY SONGS LIKE U USED TO THE SLOW SONGS ARE WHAT RUINS THE ALBUM BUT EITHER WAY ITS A GREAT CD FOR $6.00 DOLLARS IS WORTH IT JUST FOR THE SONGS I MENTINES ESPECIALLT TIBRUON A LA VISTA PEACE (SELENA REST IN PEACE)

The first 6 songs of the cd are nothing but pure Kumbia AB Quintanilla style hits! I specially like the song "Na" it's a great song.. AB's new record label delayed this release for months so that is why it's very disappointing to see what the final product sounds like.. as i mentioned the first 6 songs are great,"Blanco y Negro" is definitely a hit... BUT what happened to the rest of the cd? there is 2 Country songs "Little Mamacita" & "I effing Love you" (I specially dislike these two) that sound nothing like AB quintanilla, one Norteña song "Botella de Veneno" that reminds me a lot of los tigres del norte NOT of the Kumbia all starz at all,and last but definitely not least "Las Preguntas"... mmm not a bad song, just a very very boring one, I understand that when Universal music bought EMI Latin things and rules changed and that's probably why this CD is so different from his previous ones but I just don't get why Only 6 Kumbias?! and the rest Country,Norteñas and Boleros (oh yeah and a dance remix of "solo" that does nothing for the song,it sounds pretty generic in my opinion)most hardcore Kumbia fans are not going to appreciate that at all. I'm very concerned with how Universal Music Latin is handling Emi's Catalog cause if they did this to AB and his music what could happen to Selena's Catalog (AB's Sister) which unfortunately become of property when as i mentioned universal bought EMI... so for now I will keep listening to AB's previous release "La Vida de un Genio" which is BY FAR way better than this CD.
