St. John has been around for a few years, but not many people know him. This mix showcases his ability to blend today's top Hard Trance tunes with some more progressive sounding gems. If you've been a fan of his "Progressions Into Trance" series, you'll definitely like this. My favorite part of the mix is the last 6 songs...All Hard trance with pulsing, relentless beats. In my opinion, "Pulsar 2002" was improperly placed in the mix (between "blast the speakers" & "fire wire" ...why?) Although his track placement may not be on the mark, his track selection is. My favs: (14) DJ Gius - "Metal", and (15)Spacekorn - "Inside of me" . Want an awesome electronica CD with quality tunes and no filler tracks? Look no further than this.

THIS CD is off the hook with out a doubt. this is in true St John form this set was recorded live and i am telling u if u ever get a chance to St. John Spin live go see him he his sets are very energetic first off from the music and also from St John himself he can tear it up on the wheels of steel and can do it while giving everyone a great show at the same time.

I bought this cd w/o any knowledge who St John is, well I'm hooked!! This cd rocks, it has all the great
songs with new twists, not very progressive it is good hard trance w/a little house in the beginning. Follow

I bought this CD on the virtue of his 2 "Progression Into Trance" CD's. They are pretty much staples of my collection and can be regularly found playing on my system. I figured this couldn't be too bad so I took a chance. It was more then worth it. Tracks 1-5 are alright. They are certainly up to par compared to most other good DJ's. It is the last half of the CD that is above and beyond. It's one of those mix's were your like "this is about as good as it gets", but then it keeps building on itself and getting even better. His transitions are so smooth I have to keep looking at my display to see if I am on the next track yet. I have been listning to this CD so much I will have to force myself to put it up for a bit before I burn myself out on it...well maybe a couple more times...

If you have have liked St. John's past work, I assure you this will not let you down.

With the exception of the first four house tracks,this cd is just great.The main reason is because I cant stand most house,and I would like it if he had made the entire album trancey.The progressiveness and heart pounding beats make this cd a favorite of mine.This is a killer mix from San Francisco's best house/trance dj.What I wanna know is where is this guy now?...I want more...Enough said,If you like dance you want this album
