This is being used in an Odyssey minivan in conjunction with a Blaupunkt receiver. My initial concern was that it would not have enough power to overcome the volume in the van. However, this has not been the case. The sub was positioned between the driver and front passenger seats. Not too difficult to install, but it did require some effort to route wires and power. The performance made it worth the expense and installation difficulties. I had already installed new Pioneer 3-way speakers, and the sub is perfect to enhance the base. Even with the large volume in the van the base is very pronounced and clean.
