I bought these speakers to replace a pair of rear speakers in my Subaru. I compared the Blaupunkts with comparable and more expensive Infinity, Polk Audio, and several other brand speakers offered at Fry's. These speakers ROCKED!! The highs were much clearer and the bass was punchy without a hint of distortion. Much better sound than the other brands I compared. They compliment my Alpine deck perfectly. I was on a limited budget and these were exactly what I was looking for, clear sound, great power handling, strong bass, even without an amplifier or subwoofer. I am replacing the front speakers, decent sounding JBLs, with the Blaupunkts very soon. I highly recommend these speakers for the great sound but also for the price. I paid 49.99 at Fry's.

I bought these for teh back deck of my car. For roughly $30 they are pretty good. They don't hold a candle to the clarity of my Rockford Fosgate Punch components but they cost 5 times as much.

This Speakers are too good, you would never need a woofer for a small car if this speaker is placed.
It has been more than a year and it works great. I am happy to have bought this and worth every penny spent.
