The name is very misleading. It tastes like basic balsamic glaze. I prefer the Roland brand myself, but this one has decent flavor & comes close.

Strong flavor that is especailly good with a berry salad. I have also used in cooking. Add a touch in spaghetti sauce for a unique tang, over chicken with sauted onion for great sauce and just use in salads. Because already in glaze form a little goes a long way.

My favorite way to use this is... Cut a pitted date in half, fill each side with goat cheese (regular or honey).Drizzle a bit of the balsamic glaze over top.. So easy, so delicious.

Smooth, tangy, fruity, and addictive. Good color, sweet aroma. Very tasty. Exotic addition to dipping sauces, salads, or fruit tarts.

In the past I've made balsamic glaze twice one time I burned it. Second time was delicious I reduced balsamic with soy sauce and brown sugar for grilled asparagus. Now I just buy mine it's easier and mess free. I loved this strawberry balsamic glaze. So far I have used it to drizzled over crostini with garlic cheese spread topped with fresh mozarella tomatoes, micro greens ,olive oil and it was delicious. Looking forward to drizzle some of this over roasted beets.

I discovered the Blaze brand Balsamic Glaze at my local Costo, and I have been in love with it ever since. I have used aged Balsamics for years in my cooking and this was a new and exciting version to try. It is great for salads, spreading over cooked vegetables or as an accent for meats. I do agree the strawberry flavor is not as pronounced as I would like it to be, somewhat less than I get in my infused versions, but it is still a good accent. It is a great kitchen addition, but it is still a bit spendy, as there are no local vendors carrying, so mail order is still about the only way I can find it.

This stuff is addictive. The strawberry is my favorite of the flavored Blaze balsamic glazes. I pair it with extra virgin olive oil and it makes any salad extra-special and tasty.

I use my Blaze Strawberry Glaze over toasted sourdough, blood orange olive oil, and fresh strawberries. A great evening treat without the high calories. Just a drizzle will do.
