5.0 out of 5 stars Miguel Collins a.k.a. Sizzla Kalonji
blaze up the chalwa and black history are the only sizzla albums i own. ive heard many of his songs though, from friends, radio, etc. ... i think that this album is amazing. it is also his newest lp album. his newest release is the story unfolds (2 cds), which is a greatest hits album. some of the songs on this album are censored. i think that this is a good thing,...

blaze up the chalwa and black history are the only sizzla albums i own. ive heard many of his songs though, from friends, radio, etc. ... i think that this album is amazing. it is also his newest lp album. his newest release is the story unfolds (2 cds), which is a greatest hits album. some of the songs on this album are censored. i think that this is a good thing, and a bad thing. it is good because i dont like to hear course language in music, but it is bad because it takes away from the song. other than that, this album is really cool.
here are the songs on this album:
01. whats up
02. its all yours
03. mama africa
04. gunshot
05. dat dem love
06. give it to dem
07. show us the way
08. do what jah say
09. standing ovation
10. scream and shout
11. juvenile
12. legendary
13. trample
14. trod on
15. fear no foe
16. karate
17. present
my favorite songs, not in order are: 1, 2, 5, 7, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17. as you can see, this is most of the album. this doesnt mean that the other songs arent good, it just means that those are my favorites. the only song that i dont really like very much is #6, give it to dem. i used to like this song alot, but now i find that it is overplayed. there is also too much censoring in this one. it is still a good song though. my most favorite song is #14, trod on. it isnt as hardcore as most of the other songs, but it is still amazing. i especially like the backup singing in this one. his newest single off this album is #16, karate. this is a pretty good song. all in all, sizzlas blaze up the chalwa is a really amazing album. if you like sizzla, i suggest that you get this album.
ONE LOVE

BLAZE UP THE CHALWA IS SIZZLA'S NEWEST RELEASE. IT IS AMAZING, EVEN THOUGH IT IS CENSORED. THE BEST SONGS ARE: WHAT'S UP, MAMA AFRICA, DAT DEM LOVE, LEGENDARY, TRAMPLE, TROD ON, FEAR NO FOE, KARATE, AND PRESENT. SOME OTHER SIZZLA ALBUMS THAT I RECOMEND (IF U LIKED THIS ONE) ARE THE STORY UNFOLDS, BE I STRONG, BLACK WOMAN & CHILD, TAKING OVER, BLACK HISTORY, BOBO ASHANTI, AND PRAISE YE JAH. THE TOP 3 ONTHIS ALBUM ARE KARATE, TROD ON, AND WHAT'S UP. GET THIS ALBUM IF U LIKE DANCEHALL RAGGA.
