Don't know whether this movie is good or bad because I failed to notice that there are NO ENGLISH SUBTITLES, nor is there a version dubbed to English. So if you can speak Danish, it might be good - if you can't, like me, you won't have a clue.

According to the back of the case this film is subtitled. When I played it and found it wasn't I thought I could turn the subtitles on like you can do on most subtitled DVDs. There isn't even an option! Lots of instructions in English but no way to find out what the actors are saying.

So, if you speak Danish or you don't care what's being said this film might be for you. I don't know since I only watched a few minutes of it.

We've all had a bad day and we're all glad when it's over. We can sit down on our couch or get in bed and relax, safe in the knowledge that tomorrow has to be better. Well not for the main character of Bleed With Me. Her bad day get's so much worse than she could even imagine.

After a long day filled with annoying family and loud clients, Laurie just wants to get in a cab and go home. But after a while, she realizes that the cab driver is taking her far away from her home. And it just gets worse from there.

I'm not going to spoil it for you, but I can see why this film has been getting rave reviews. It's hardcore to be sure, filled with frightening imagery and some gruesome death and destruction, but it's an amazing film and one that you shouldn't miss.

This movie was terrible, acting , film quality really stinks. Did not like it at all and feel this one was a waste of money. One of the worst low budget films I have ever seen.

Bleed With Me is definitely a visual film. From it's start, the angles and filters used in the film give it a decidedly washed out yet polished feel. The cinematography at times takes over as the real star, as it is all just so good looking. Well, Good looking but also sickly, the yellow and green tones stick out so vividly that it gives the allusion of gritty horrors that are about to unfold even in the most pedestrian of scenes. Not to say that the film doesn't have it's problems. If I had to nitpick, there are a few moments at the beginning of the film that I think could have been trimmed to keep up a better pace but overall I have to imagine that Emil Ishii has to be pretty happy with the way his film turned out. He made a film with some incredible technical merits on an obviously low budget, and provided an intriguing yet lurid story. Genre fans are going to get it and chances are they're going to like it. References to A Nightmare on Elm Street and Last House on the Left will not go unnoticed! Although not as blatant a "horror" film as those, this nervy thriller does it's best to attack with the same ferocious bite. Whether it achieves that or not is going to be up to each individual viewer, but I thought it delivered very well in the 'thrills' department.

Bleed With Me starts as one type of film, with all of the setup at the bar and the various places before that, then comes from out of nowhere and becomes this horrifying trip into the Road Movie subgenre. The sudden shifting of gears and the way it leaves you wondering just what you're in for is probably my favorite part of the experience. Although not everyone is going to enjoy it's relaxed pace amongst the chaos, and some might expect it to be gorier (Bloody, yes. Gory? Not so much), but you don't necessarily need awesome looking prosthetic limbs to make something disturbing. Definitely get out there and check it out if you're given the chance.

If you're a fan of hardcore, brutal horror movies, then you really need to watch Bleed With Me...it's a hard movie to sit through, but totally worth your while.

It's not your typical, "woman gets abducted and has to fight for her life" kind of horror movie, though there are elements of that in the film. It takes you places that movies rarely go and it will stay with you for a while after. You'll want to go back and watch it again and again...

OK, THIS MOVIE WAS NOT GOOD, BUT AFTER SEEING PROMISE AND METHODIC THIS MOVIE IS NOT AS BAD AS I THOUGHT, BUT I AM STILL GOING TO SELL IT OR GIVE AWAY. THE GORE WAS OVER THE TOP, TO THE POINT OF TRYING TOO HARD. I DID THINK SOME OF THE SPECIAL EFFECTS WERE OK, BUT ..... WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE, NO SORRY, NOT ENOUGH SUBSTANCE TO KEEP OUR INTERESTS. THE EXECUTION LIKE METHODIC AND PROMISE WERE BAD...JUST PLAIN BAD! IT HAS POTENTIAL OVER THE OTHER TWO, BUT SORRY, JUST DOES NOT CUT IT!

As the distributor for this film I have to say that I just love watching it. It reminds me of how good a film can be made on a limited budget. The acting is superb and execution is perfect. Thank you Kim for a great performance and Imil for scaring me each time I watch it.
