This is very good. I bought a bunch of rainbow salt flavors based on the previous review of this product. I like this the best of the ones I bought, which I thought i would. I used to use morton's lime salt, but i can't find it very often and this is much better, more of an actual lime flavor than just citric acid. Very good!

After reading the great reviews about this product, I could not wait to place my order. When I received it, I tried it right away. While I was grinding it, the smell of lime was noticable but I could not detect any lime taste as I ate the food it was used on. I tried it again yesterday on a different food product and got the same results...lime smell but no lime taste. I am very disappoited expecially after reading the reviews that said what a good lime taste it produced on their food.

This product is great! Tastes fresh and enhances many foods and I was quite surprised that the container it came in was kind of like a pepper mill.............you just twist cap back & forth like you would do with fresh pepper and the product comes out. This product has many uses but really comes in handy for those sweet & sour recipes. I added this along with some pineapple to my chicken and it was outstanding!
