I bought this eyeliner expecting great things, and was sorely disappointed. Application is difficult, mistakes are almost impossible to correct even if done immediately, and I can't soften the line (it *is* smudgeproof). If you are used to a brush-on-liquid-liner, have a very steady hand, and want a dramatic look, this might work for you. I prefer a softer line, so this didn't.

Also, it almost completely flaked off over the course of the day.

I'm giving it two stars because it really is smudge-proof, no sliding or transferring. I didn't have the dark shadows from smudging but I did have flakes, so I'm still not happy with it.

This is definitely not worth the pricetag.

I definitely like this more than not. Mostly because it has great staying power. Put it on in the morning and it is certainly still there last thing at night. I would even mention, that I am not always meticulous at removing my eyeliner at night, and it is there, adding a nice bit of definition, in the mornings! This stuff never, ever, ever smudges - even when wet or with any more oily eye lid issues.
The trick to applying it is:
a) Apply a thin line as close to lashes as possible.
b) Easy to remove any stray bits with a wet cotton bud of a bit of wet anything (eg tissue). Then you have a nice neat, Audrey Hepburn line
c) If you want a darker, or thicker line, remember to apply the 2nd (3rd) coat within one minute of the first.
d) Be sure to do b) and c) above within one minute

Then Viola!

Perfectly lined eyes all day. Or if prone to naughtiness, for two days!

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars? The brush is not brilliant. A bit too much on it. I find step b) above is usually necessary. But maybe that is too picky. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars then I would.

This does stay on much better than most eyeliners. It is a harsher, 1990's look rather than a light accent. It does not smear to soften. However,if you are looking for staying power this eyeliner has it.

This eyeliner works as described. I would give it 5-stars except I'm not a big fan of liquid eyeliners that use a brush. It can be too hard to control the applicator, especially if you want to apply under the lower lashes. Since this is a brush on liquid eyeliner, it can't easily be smudged for a smoky look. Of course, the fact that it can't be smudged, once it is dried, is the whole point of this product. It can be cleaned up before it dries, but once it sets, it will stay there until you take it off. When you want to take it off, it comes off very easily, and cleanly, and really doesn't require anything but plain water to remove. I've found that very helpful when I travel. I also have sensitive eyes, but this product has not bothered me at all, probably because it doesn't flake or transfer into my eyes. If there was just some way to get this product in a "marker" style, and a few more colors, I would be in heaven, even with the high price.

I had trouble controlling the product. It took several tries before I got a nice even line. However, due to the heavy line, I ended up looking like a raccoon. It was hard not to get the product on the lashes, so it made the lashes stick together. As a result, when you need to apply mascarra,the lashes are 'stuck' together from the eye liner.

I have used so many liquid liners and, even when they advertised to be "water-proof", they always smudged at the corner of my eyes when my eyes got waterly. I found this eyeliner by chance and gave it a try. This stays on all day! You will need a good eye makeup remover to remove this liner. I had this on when I went into labor, and after 30 hours, a nurse thought I had permanent makeup. Because the applicator is a small thin brush and not a felt-tip, it creates a rather cool, sharp look. If you want to create bold, thick lines, this may not be for you. Also, it is cheaper to buy through Amazon (Prime) than to buy directly from the manufacturer.

Okay, so I've been going through this big eyeliner crisis in search of the perfect eyeliner. Alot of them have been not so fantastic. I recall seeing Blinc eyeliner in an upscale beauty book and I've always thought about purchasing it. I was excited when it arrived and tried it on the next day for work. About 30 minutes after putting it on, I had little smokey rings under my eyes and a couple of flakes where the eyeliner must have touched my lower lashes and flaked off. I rubbed at the rings which made most of the eyeliner evaporate and made me look like I had two black eyes. Later that day, the eyeliner had completely sweated off. I believe in second chances so I tried again. The next day, same thing. Two black rings under the eyes and a partially sweaty mess, then nothing by days end. Additionally, the brush offers little control. If you get too much on, you will look like Alice Cooper after a long night (although some people might enjoy that ha ha). I didn't find that this had any staying power or special qualities that the containers boasts about. I also find that if you have fair skin, it kind of leaves a "dye" or a faint black impression under the eyes (that's not just my undereye bags thank you very much). For the money, I expected more. I think they call it "Blinc" because the second you do, it's gone. Anyway, the quest continues.

I got this in dark brown...I've only used powder eyeliner - I love their mascara so wanted to give this a go.

First few tries, not so straight of a line, but easy to tidy up with a wet q-tip. But have to do it before it's dried, or it can cause raggedy edges to the line.

Used twice to fill in the patches that dried and caked off. It's a very rocker eye liner look. If you're looking for a DEFINED line, then this is your product. This would be great to hide the lines of false eyelashes to the eye lid. It's just very there.

I like a more subtle look - so this product isn't for my daily routine, except for nights out.

It does what it's supposed to - stays on until you're ready for it to be washed off. It comes out with just water and light pressure.

I have used Blinc for several years and loved it. However, in the past year, or two, I noticed that the eyeliner brush will now quickly fray after only a few uses. Also, the eyeliner chips at times--this was NEVER a problem in prior years. I am not sure if they changed the quality of the brushes and/or ingredients, or if perhaps I did not receive fresh product.

I have not used liquid eyeliner very much, I am just not happy with the stuff. I generally use a pencil. This BLINC doesnt smudge, just like it says. you have to be careful after applying it to wait til it dries. it goes on thin or thick depending on the look you want. It is very dramatic and sharp looking. I have only had it about a month and I dont know how long it lasts. It is pricey but I like this eyeliner better then any other liquid eyeliners I have tried. I also like the Blinc mascara as it doesnt smudge either.
