A standout film deserving of much wider release
I don't really understand the one other review of this film. I saw BLIND FLIGHT at the Tribeca Film Festival and from that day till this have counted it among the most moving and impressive movies I have ever seen. I don't really understand the one other review of this film. I saw BLIND FLIGHT at the Tribeca Film Festival and from that day till this have counted it among the most moving and impressive movies I have ever seen. Powerful acting, cinematography, and writing combine to create an unforgettable experience for the viewer. This portrayal of a friendship that develops in extremis between two hostages in Lebanon is unflinching and very human, at no time coming across as either saccharine or utterly pessimistic. I recommend BLIND FLIGHT to anyone who has the opportunity to see it.
