A vastly underated band. Buy it, watch it. Gives you a taste of what might have been if Shannon was still here. If you were unfortunate enough in not being able to see Blind Melon live this video gives you a last chance to see the energy and passion they put into their live performances.

BM has never been well known or fully appreciated. After seeing this video for the first time I was never the same again. An incredible look into the heart of an amazing band and the person of Shannon Hoon. Also a rare look at Jena Kraus whose voice is absolutely enchanting. Overall a great collection and something I watch all the time and give to friends frequently.

I've owned the vhs version of letters from a porcupine for over 4 years now and i'm surprised i haven't worn it out already. Rest in Peace Shannon Hoon. Whether you like Blind Melon or not Shannon has one of the greatest voices and the band is one of the most musically talented bands ever and it shows on this video. It starts off with 2x4 and Galaxia in the Metro in Chicago. However the best performances are Change on the David Letterman Show and Mouthful of Cavities with his girlfriend in their studio in New Orleans. Buy this, you'll love it.
