Do not waste your money on this product! It is the most useless item I have seen. I bought it for my little granddaughters to have this summer. It is made of the most flimsy plastic and the construction is very cheap. We could not even get the ring loop down far enough into the water (we used Kool-Aid) to make it adhere to the ring. Then I thought perhaps the liquid will expand and rise up to meet the plastic, but so such luck. After freezing, you cannot get the ice to pop out of the tray and it was ruined. I threw it in the trash!

I bought these at Powell's in Portland, OR and used them this weekend at home. I just used water to try them out. When putting the stand together be careful to be delicate with the two white plastic pieces that hold up the rings over the gem shaped holders for the liquid, I cracked mine pretty easily but didn't break them totally so it still works pretty well as long as I am careful. I don't know if this will be a flaw in all of them or if I was just being a bit too rough because I was so anxious to try them out but it is something to watch out for to be sure. Once frozen they're pretty easy to remove from the silicon molding and are fun to eat. The ice made from the water was a little awkward shaped and harder to eat, but I imagine with juice would be perfect since that melts a little easier and can be bitten into more easily. Overall I really enjoy the product and will be buying more to enjoy with friends and family. I just wish that it came with more than two pops per box.
