I bought this as a gift and I have to say it's one of the more beautiful cooking books I've gotten recently. Delicious looking photos and step by step instructions are included for every mouth watering recipe. I especially like the fact that the differences between crepes, pancakes and blinis are discussed. Both savory and sweet recipies are included. Easy to follow instructions for novices and more advanced cooks alike.

A well written, nicely illustrated and, more importantly, the content is brief and to the point, explaining all we need to know about crepes and blinis. The recipes included are, in my opinion, the best and most practical of the thousands of recipes available. Highly recommended.

If you like crepes, I would think then, that you would like this book! This book is chocked full of different crepe recipes, many I have in fact made and they are all delicious! If you are looking for a good crepe making book... this is a good one! This book came on time and I was totally happy with this purchase.

I think this is a great little book on blinis and crepes. But I stress little. There are only about 30 recipes at for $9.95 it's pretty expensive.

This book is a nice addition to my collection. It definitely has some recipes that we will be enjoying in the near future. I am just venturing into this culinary direction and there are many possibilities and substitutions we will explore. From savory to sweet - a light meal or a simple dessert - Thank You!
