another very good effort, September 30, 1999

Ricochet again does what they do best... sing. They have the best harmony in the business today, no contest. The album is not a strong musically as the debut, but it is still entertaining and very well produced. After seing them live, I can't wait for "What A Ride" to hit the shelves.

A diverse follow-up to their debut album., May 11, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Blink of an Eye (Audio CD)
These guys have the most beautiful harmonies in country music. The only problem is...they don't use them to the full effect on this album. The songs are diverse and well-sung, but Ricochet can do better. "He Left a Lot to Be Desired," "Connected At the Heart," and "What a Woman Can Do" are probably the best efforts on the album, but "You Still Got It' and "Don't Forget to Feed the Jukebox" are not that good at all. Overall, this album is a pretty good listen, but their first attempt was definitely better.

A CD with something for everyone!, April 6, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Blink of an Eye (Audio CD)
The second CD from Ricochet didn't get the recognition it deserved. It has something for everyone. Country music fans get a bad rap for being unsophisticated, but a lot of us appreceiate a diversified sound. "Blink of an Eye" always makes me tap out a rhythm, and "Connected at the Heart" is probably one of the most intelligent and touching songs I have ever heard. If you like really good country music, or if you like really fun country music, "Blink of an Eye" is what you are looking for.

how fast can a speeding bullet???, March 3, 1999

I'll tell you how fast a speeding bullet can go. It's probably a little slower than the time takes for me to scream and hit the stop button on the cd player. I see lack of maturity and thought in this album. Here's a hint guys: Become unprettyfied and sing real stuff.

A Great CD, March 28, 1999

I think this cd is very underrated. He Left Alot To Be Desired is a great song. The heart and feeling in that song is what is to come from this group. Keep up the good work

Cut your hair- lay off the make-up and sing country, April 15, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Blink of an Eye (Audio CD)
All the girls love these songs but hell they like anything talking about love. This music is almost painful to listen to. They should have stopped after their first album. I'll tell you what "Left a lot to be desired"-this album. I had to make myself try and like this music. When you have to do that you might as well get the kerosene and a match because all this CD's worth is a fire starter.
