The scent is wonderful. But you don't want to know about that! You want to know if it will help with those damnable dimples and wiggle and jiggle. The main thing is, it works great. It's not perfect. You're not going to see all of your cellulite disappear forever. But this just seemed to go onto my problem areas easier than Fat Girl Slim. And then it just smoothes things out and you can see a difference right away. Again--NOT miracle work here, you should know by now there's no miracles, but this comes close enough to make it well worth the cost. (By the way, you don't have to use this just at night!) I think what really makes it better is the fact that it's such a thick, rich, yummy moisturizer. The creaminess goes a long way in getting a smoother look for your legs/butt/hips. Try this instead of Fat Girl Slim!

I've been using FatgirlSleep along with LoveHandler for a few months and I cannot give them both enough raves! I did put one thing wrong in my review of LoveHandler though, and that was that the smell wasn't medicinal. There is a minty smell to LoveHandler which would probably be considered medicinial. FatgirlSleep on the other hand smells divine! I would agree with the other reviewer that its not quite lavender, but it smells wonderful! It is nice to go to sleep at night smelling sweet instead of the chemically smell you get from other similar products. The scent is decently strong but not overpowering when you put it on (I have very sensitive sinuses) and fades to a very light hint of scent as it is absorbed. My husband thinks the smell is sexy. I am forever (now!) a Bliss user! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to firm and smooth the skin on their body. Just remember, it is NOT a miracle worker! It smoothes the skin, doesn't do crunches for you. 8)

First of all, you must know that NO topical product will REMOVE cellulite. To actually remove it, you will need some liposuction, unfortunately.

What this product DOES do is smooth out your skin so that the dimples are less noticeable. I absolutely love this stuff! The smell is amazing. It is like heaven! It is a lavender scent that is just amazing. I love this product so much that I use it as an all over body cream. Yes, it is costly, but the way this stuff makes your skin feel, is again, amazing. When I use this my skin is smoothed out, the cellulite is soo much less visible and it is as soft as a baby's bottom. I have never felt my skin as soft as when I use this. It is a little costly for such a small tub, but I totally feel that it is worth it. To have the cellulite *appear* to be gone and have the skin so soft and smooth is so nice. It is a splurge that I savor. This truly is one of my all time favorite products. I totally recommend it. It does what it says and smells wonderful too!

I wish I could have added another star. I'm guessing some of the customers who gave it fewer stars either haven't been using it very long, or consistently.
I've had BAD cellulite, since I hit puberty. I've always been active. I'm 5'8" and wear a size 6. In my early 20s, I almost developed an eating disorder and was painfully thin, all in hopes of getting rid of my cellulite and being able to wear a bathing suit in public. (Didn't work-- STILL had cellulite, even though I looked like a stick.) I've had liposuction. (Doesn't help cellulite.) I've looked into every treatment there is.

I didn't have huge hopes for this cream, given my history with cellulite. But, I hoped it might firm the skin a little so that I could at least wear shorts with confidence this summer. (Forget the bathing suit.) For the first week, like the other reviewers, I was impressed with the quality of the cream. It's nice and thick and has a nice scent (unlike many cellulite creams). My skin felt softer after using it than it's felt from any other moisturizer. But THIS MORNING... I ran my hand over my thighs in my normal, OCD way, and they felt like someone else's! I was stunned. I've been using it for about a week, and wasn't expecting any major results, but this is major. Normally, my thighs feel like a bumpy road. I feel like they have craters, actually. They felt SMOOTH. Looking in the mirror, I could still see dimples-- no complete transformation-- but the appearance is definitely diminished and I'm shocked by the lack of "bump-bump-bump."

So, will this give you a brand-new body? If it did, it would be more valuable than gold, right? Will it change your body? YES! I noticed yesterday that my skinny jeans were fitting better and looser, but figured maybe something about my workouts was finally kicking in. After the touch test this morning, I'm attributing it to this cream. It's pricey, but I think a tub will last me two months, so that's not too bad. Some department store brands are $70 and up, for less. Like I said, I had (I love that I can say "had") SEVERE cellulite, for years. If yours is moderate, you will definitely love this product. Quite frankly, I almost never see anyone whose thighs looked worse than mine, so I would expect everyone who uses this to be thrilled with it.

I have been using Fatgirlsleep for several months now and I am totally in love with it. The lavender scent is absolutely heavenly. The cream itself is very thick and rich, but it will not leave your skin greasy and it absorbs fairly quickly. My skin has never been softer or smoother. I actually use this all over my body now as I would with regular body lotion/moisturizer. I love the scent and I love the way it makes my skin feel. As far as the cellulite reduction - No cream or lotion or any other topical product is ever going to make it disappear. What this product DOES do though is smooth out the skin so that you do not see as much of the dimpling. Obviously, this will vary from person to person with severity of dimples. For me, it works exceptionally well. My thighs feel so much more smooth. The dimpling is not as visible. It smooths out the dimples and also makes the skin itself very moisturized and smooth and soft as can be. The results along with the amazing scent make this cream truly heavenly. When I use this after exfoliating and shaving my skin is like baby skin and I smell great. It makes you feel totally pampered. I would recommend this to everyone, even if you do not want the "slimming" results and just want an excellent body moisturizer with terrific, clean scent or want to pamper yourself a little. I will continue to buy this as long as it is available. I cannot imagine it being discontinued at any time. It has to sell well. If you can afford a little splurge, I say, "Buy this!"

I use this product in conjunction with a body shop cellulite massager and it appears to be working great after just one week. However, I am also someone who tries to eat right and exercise 4 times a week so I don't know what is doing what :o) However, my thighs feel and look much softer and firmer...is the cellulite magically gone? NO! But the dimples are a bit less noticeable. Plus it has a nice smell. I may buy it again but only if I have money to throw around, otherwise, I don't think it's necessary.

Very good item. I have visible cellulite since I was 9 years old and I have always been a slender person, I even had a son and keep myself in shape, but cellulite is always there. This cream is the best created on the market I have used it just four times and I have seen a difference on my dimples. I do not exercise, I am planning to do so, I am drinking water (48 ounces a day)and with this cream everything has been much better, softer skin, less dimples, and less inches, I love to be skinny, so I am always keeping my mouth from eating junk in order to loose weight. So I recommend this product 100%, due that I have noticed the difference with no exercise, imagine exercising. I don't know if it would get all my cellulite out, but at least it can be less seen and I would continue to use this amazing product. :)

I am generally in good shape. I work out, but yo-yo a lot in weight(I'm about 125lbs now). Even at my thinnest (118ish), I still have the saddle bags and cellulite. Seems like no matter how much working out/starving/target toning one does, those little stubborn pockets of fat (places like bra bulge, tummy, inner/outer thighs <-my personal nemesis) just don't go away. They just don't. Period. Not without surgery at least. So I'm willing to try anything. I like this product. When used in combination with the scrub I noticed smoothness right away and the dimples relaxing up. Obviously it's not going to magically soak into your skin and miraculously dissolve your fat. If that were the case people would be lined up to buy it, and it would probably cost $1000 a jar.

Some minor con's include: Um, it's $38 for a 6-oz jar of lotion -- that's a lot. Second, I don't recommend it for sensitive/freshly shaved legs -- it made my pores all red from where I'd shaved. Third, it takes a long time to absorb. This might not be the case for people with really dry skin, but for me I had to awkwardly walk around without pants until it felt like it'd soaked in so I could avoid wasting product that rubbed off on clothes/sheets/furniture etc. Start with a small amount first if you don't have really dry skin.

My wife loves it and it does smell good. Can't really comment of firming claims as she doesn't use it everyday, but she says it does.

Good product, it really did help, but I do make my own homemade remedy that works just as well. I love the moisturizer, but it's too expensive for me. If you can afford it, give it a try.
