I absolutely loved this stuff. One application and no more ingrown hairs by the next day. No stinging, no problems. I've used it for the last 2 years, however I recently ordered more and was wondering why it didn't work this time. So I used it again and still had ingrown hairs the next day. l had an old box so I compared the ingredients with the new box and they changed!!! Ack! It doesn't work anymore!!! Anyone else having this trouble? Very very sad about this!!!

UPDATE! August 2009: Ok, so I noticed the packaging changed...again. It's now in this blue container, so I took a chance and bought it and it does seem to be just as wonderful as it used to be. It seems it first was in a light color jar with pink writing (worked great!), then a light color jar with dark blue writing (worked awful!), now in a bright blue jar (works great again!) So if you get the latest formula, I would definitely recommend this. I would change this review to 5 stars, but the program doesn't let me. Thank you Bliss!

i looooove this product! finally, something that really does what it claims to do. i have excessively dry skin. the hair on my arms is so fine you can't even see it.since i was a kid i've had "chicken skin" or little ingrown hairs on my arms. i tried the pads (like a million other products over the years that didn't do a thing..) and low and behold, they worked! my skin was smooth as a baby's bottom after a few applications.

I have a problem with ingrown hairs after waxing my bikini area. This is the best product I have found to deal with this problem. It is mild enough so it doesn't irritate my skin but at the same time keeps the ingrown hairs away.

Very expensive for what they do, which is nothing really aside from being a little like a toner that feels refreshing. Does nothing for ingrown hairs (at least not serious ones like mine.) You'd be much better off using a salicylic acid scrub like Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrub, Salicylic Acid Acne Medication 5 oz (141 g) (even if you don't care about blackheads and even if the ingrown hairs aren't on your face, salicylic acid is a great exfoliater and will keep your hairs from getting ingrown) for much cheaper.

This product is great! Used as directed, I have had no ingrown hairs or "razor bumps" at all. Hubby also benefits as he would get them after shaving along jaw line/neck. Told him to use the pads and now he does not get ingrown hairs either. They are a bit spendy but I have found the you can cut them in half and still get all the benefits of them and essentially twice as many applications :)

I don't know how they work, but these pads are amazing. I have tried several products for getting rid of ingrown hairs and those ugly red bumps that come with them, but nothing has worked as well as these pads. I also exfoliate in the shower too, which I think really helps in combination with this product. A must-have for us gals in the summertime!

As a South Asian, I have super dark thick hair. My bikini line has been destroyed by shaving. After laser treatments I stopped shaving and only stick to waxing now because I get really bad ingrown bumps that turn into cysts. These pads have helped to lighten the scars from past bumps (some had become cysts) I should be using them everyday in between waxes but I don't. They are quite pricey. I usually put it on under my arm pits too to stop ingrowns. I always have these on hand...can't live without them!

I have the worst time with ingrown hairs, and so I decided to purchase these. I got the small pack in case it didn't work, but so far I'm loving it. I'll have to buy more then 10 next time.

Love this stuff. I've always had a problem with ingrown hairs and this stuff is magic. I swipe everything I shaved the day after, as well as 2 days after and then I'm good to go. :] No ingrown hairs and when I do get them, this stuff lessens them.

I was skeptical when I first bought this product, but after using for about 2 weeks, I'm glad to admit that this stuff works. My face is smoother, with less ingrown hairs, and none of the left of spots from tweezing. Looking forward to what the results will be from the next two weeks.
