Nigella's mezzaluna knife is a very satisfying tool to use - the rounded stainless handles provide good control and feel *just* substantial enough in the hand. Let's be honest, I just love the way it looks - functional yet artistic, like many of Lawson's creations.

I often use it to create small batches of salsa with a bit of texture, where the results of a chef's knife would be too coarse (and/or slow) and a blender would yield near-puree. For this, it's perfect and engages mind and hands completely. A smaller-radius, single-handed mezzaluna like Wusthof's seems better suited to mincing herbss, but this knife has found its niche in my kitchen and I'm quite fond of it.

Very nice, but a bit large for me. Over 8" across on the blade and too big for my herb bowl (10" radius). Ended up getting a smaller mezzaluna.

This product works very well. It makes chopping herbs, vegetables, etc. much easier than with a knife or an electric appliance. I use it almost daily to chop parsley, celery, and/or onions. It has a sharp blade, works quickly, and requires minimal storage space and cleanup. I very much recommend it.

Nigella's Mezzaluna is very easy to use. I love the length of the blade and its sturdiness. I would recommend this inexpensive, yet quality Mezzaluna to anyone who is interested in purchasing one.

This item is great looking and very easy to use. However, after using it less than 10 times to chop only small herbs home-grown in my AeroGarden, the blade has cracked all the way through, all the way to the thicker part of the handle. Unfortunately, my window of opportunity to return to Amazon expired just days ago. I hand-washed after each time I used it, never even placed in the dishwasher, although it was certified as top rack safe. Don't waste your money.

Excellent chopper. Rec. to all who love to be in the kitchen with fresh ingredients. Go for it.

I have so enjoyed using Nigella's wonderful mezzaluna herb chopper. I mainly use it on produce such as onions, peppers, garlic, etc. to achieve a rough chop. I would highly recommend this knife to anyone looking to be more like Nigella Lawson.

This is a beautifully designed mezzaluna. Metal handles make this knife hygienic and easy to clean, I have never seen something like this in store.
Size is good for a small and big amount of herbs. And because you can put equal amount of pressure on two handles everything will be chopped quickly with a small effort. I think people with carpal syndrome and arthritis will be happy with this item, you should not twist your wrist or put a lot of pressure to make your job done. The blade is sharp but my experience with this knife is very small to tell about it's quality.

Very easy to use. Very good quality. A must have in every well equipped kitchen.

This Mezzaluna is awesome. While I adore my kitchen knives, this mezzaluna makes uniform chopping a breeze, and speeds up the process of handmade artful food. So far, I have made a spectacular spinach-basil pesto sauce, and an amazing tomatillo salsa with it. I've also used it for chopping large Walla Walla Sweet onions and garlic for other dishes, and am so pleased with the final results, texture, and size of the food. I am so impressed. This is a must have for a serious cook!
