Jamie realises that the Blitz Baby really is a very special decoration because it has so much history and in the morning, he puts it in a special place on the tree.

About the Author
Theresa Tomlinson started her career as a primary school teacher. Her interest in children's books began when she started making picture books for her own children, and it wasn't long before she was writing full-time. Twice short-listed for the Carnegie Medal, she is best known for her historical novels. She lives in Sheffield with her husband and two children.
