The most power you can get without having to buy an industrial grade ultrasonic cleaner. Unfortunately all that power shook loose a stone in my wife's engagement ring. Thankfully I got an extended warranty on the ring. This thing is relegated to non-estate piece duty now, but it works very well.

So far it works well. I've had it for a month or so, but another product (not this one!) broke down after about 4 months - these reviews are best requested after a longer time. That said, it appears to work well. The only thing I don't like is that I have to move the whole machine, plug and all, to clean it out.
