I've experienced many diet/health regimens from various well known companies. If I named a few you would instantly recognize their names but none gave me the benefits that "The Blogger's Diet" has.
It trained me to "desire" healthy foods over unhealthy foods, reduced my night time food cravings, boosted my energy level, reduced my cholesterol, helped my sinuses tremendously, and my hormones are balanced out.
