I got this trash can to put on the counter next to my coffee maker for discarded Sweet & Low packages. I love how it fits in with my black and stainless appliances. The item itself works pretty good for the most part. The only issue I have found with it is the lid fits loosely on the base and slides off when putting something in it. to remedy the issue, I am planning to drill a tiny hole in the sides and out a tiny hand screw on each side of the lid to hold it firmly in place.

I'm not sure if a review is the appropriate forum to mention that actually finding this item or one like it on the web was very difficult to locate. Perhaps additional keywords can be added to the item to make it easier to find. I used search terms like "mini trash can," counter top trash can," "small waste basket," small stainless steel trash can," but none of these got me to this item. I'm not sure how my husband finally found it.

Nice solid counter top wastebasket. Lid. however, does not always stay on when putting waste in the can and its very hard to hold the lid on and out trash in at the same time.

Like some of the other people, the was an issue with the snugness of the lid. I put a few of those adhesive felt dots around it and now it work perfectly. I use it on my bathroom vanity for q-tips, cosmetic puffs, etc. The main trash is stowed under the sink, so this saves opening the cabinet every time I have a tiny item of trash.

I just don't understand people who rate something poorly because they can't read an item description properly. The dimensions of the can are listed. No one should be surprised by the size. Yes, it's small. Wonderfully, perfectly small.

Great little wastebasket that can sit on top of a table for things like used sugar packets. It is a bit bigger than I had hoped, but still works for me. I also like the fact that it is stainless steel, so it'll last forever, and it is well made.

I bought this handy little trash can to hold spent cartridges from my Keurig coffee maker and Nespresso espresso machine. It looks good on the counter top and holds about ten Keurig cartridges.

Some earlier reviews say the lid tends to come off when you put trash into the spring-loaded opening. This has apparently been fixed on later versions; mine has two "dimples" on the rim of the lid that slide into corresponding L-shaped channels on the can. You align the dimples with the channels as you slip on the lid, then twist the lid clockwise a half-inch. The lid is then seated firmly enough that you can lift the entire assembly by the opening and it doesn't come apart.

This product is used at our coffee machine at church. It's nice to have this pushboy to dispose of the small trash. It's polished look adds beauty to our new coffee machine. Everyone loves it.

I ordered this as my trash can for the bathroom, way too little, didn't realize how teeny-tiny this little trash can is, maybe for a child? Took the top off and am using it for body oils.

I know its a trash can but I don't know how to use it unless I produce small garbage that fits perfectly in it. At least its nice to look at.
