never leaks what else can you say and it doesn't have that silly attached cap

i have probably used this flask more than any other i have owend because of its silent operation if you know what i mean

I gave this flask as a gift and it was well received. It is beautiful-better than I expected. I was happy to see on the box that it was made in Germany and not in China, and you could tell from the quality.

I can't imagine a flask being any better than this; it looks really good, doesn't leak, and holds a good amount of booze. My only complaint is that it's kind of hard to clean, but that's to be expected from a container with only one tiny opening. I recommend this flask.

I bought my first flask and had it about a year. Then it started leaking where it is seamed togeather. I thought it was a fluke, so I simply replaced it with the same flask. After mild use, same exact problem in the same exact place, right at the bottom where the seam is welded. This saddens me. I love the flask, design, size, everything, except it's useless when it fails and leaks.

Originally, I had a lot of concern purchasing this item due to all of the reviews that say they received an item "Made in China." I would've returned mine immediately if that would have happened.

I am happy to report that my box said "Made in Germany" and the product seems like it will never leak. The gift recipient exclaimed "I think I'll have this for my whole life!" We are very happy with the product.

While I think that the flask that I received is of good quality and I will be happy to use it, I do feel disappointed that when I received it, the packaging indicated "Made In China." One of the reasons that I chose this flask was because it was represented as "Made in Germany." I do intend to keep it, though. It's still a nice flask.

Flask looks good, nice quality. DO NOT BUY THE 3 PIECE FUNNEL, IT IS WAY TOO BIG! I had to return the funnel and buy the stainless flask funnel. This flask is only 6 oz. Kind of small a 12 oz would have been nice. You are not going to feel 6 oz of liquor.

Its a flask, it works.
Local liquor store, is selling Jame*** whiskey for christmas, Holiday pack that comes with a stainless steel flask. It is a bit cheaper than this flask. Good solid construction and a fifth to go with it. Had I seen it before this purchase...ah well. Now I have two flasks.
The Blomus appears to be a quality flask, nice weight to it. Stylish finish. Holds liquid. Can't ask for much more than that. The cap is NOT attached which some may see as a disadvantage.

Seems to be hit or miss based on the reviews, but I have one of the flasks that was made in China, not Germany (see my posted image). If this is not important to you, then no big deal - initial flask quality appears to be ok and no leak - or lead poisoning - so far. Yes, I certainly understand practically everything is made in China these days, but my rating also reflects my disappointment that the value - and for me safety - of this product is not represented accurately based on the description. If you are ok with a Chinese made flask, there are plenty of cheaper choices. So if false advertising for a premium price doesn't matter - or you want to roll the dice you get the supposed German made product, then best of luck! Otherwise look elsewhere. BTW, if it helps and makes a difference on where the German vs Chinese made products are coming from, the merchant that shipped mine was "Bambeco."
