We created a nearly-regulation, turf bocce ball court when building a new home a year ago, but for this last Christmas I hunted for other lawn games that would fit a 10' x 60' grass area. I discovered BlongoBall on the internet but later happened to find it at Costco (they have everything some time or another). This last weekend was hot in Seattle, so we christened the new court with bocce and Blongo. Well, Blongo won the fun contest! This is a very easy game to learn and play -- and it brings unexpected surprises as the Balls hit the goal, spin around the rods, and end up who knows where. What may appear at first to be a winning throw might finally just drop to the ground. And, what might at first be a 1-pointer can spin to the 2-point rung, and then drop unto the bottom, 3-point rung. In a close game, this animation can generate great hoots and laughter. My wife, not a competitive type, really enjoyed beating me in a three game set, and she set a "home court record" with 10 points in one turn - getting the benefit of an errant toss that bounced off the ground before ending up on the bottom rung. A 5-pointer! with other balls on the 3- and 2-point rungs. The final rubber match score was 21 to 20. Blongo is about as much fun as horsehoes but without endagering property and life from chunks of heavy metal flying about.

This is a very sturdy & well balanced set. I would recommend this brand over some of the others. Best ladderball or redneck golf set I've seen for the money.

Bought this after playing the same game by another manufacturer. The quality of this one is very superior to the other one. Our grandkids aged 4 to 6 love it, as do the the adults. I would definitely recommend it for all ages.

The Blongo Ball game I purchased was better and stronger than the original ones I purchased through WalMart and Dick's. They both fell apart as you played but the Blongo Ball version played strong even with kids who have a tendenciy to play the game a little rough. I give this version 5 STARS and would recommend it. The price was also better than the one I bought from Dick's which was equivalent to the cheaper on I got from WalMart, both being Skilcraft products.

This is a fun challenging game for all ages. Trying to reach exactly 21 points puts an interesting challenge to it. It seems like it is sturdy enough to last many years and will definitely add to the fun memories of our summer cabin.

I don't normally go for yard games, but this one looked like so much fun, I had to try it. I played at a friends and immediately started searching for my own. I now have the game and everybody loves to play!

Great game! Great fun. BlongoBall game is sturdy; well-made; and so convenient to have the carrying case to keep everything in one place. Perfect for any gathering! It's more popular than horseshoes now because the "girls" can get it on the fun! We're asked to bring it to other BBQs; beach; picnics....so, I know now what I'll be buying for some friends/family for Christmas this year! Everyone just has a blast playing Blongoball. Received the product in perfect condition and it arrived in about 2-3 days! No complaints here! BlongoBall Set in Carry Box Fun for ALL!

My children were so excited to open this box. It was rather easy for the older children to put together (break down also was quick and easy with the included storage bag). We had several children visit our house and I got to see who enjoyed the game more. Although I would not recommend this game for the young children without throwing distance rule changes, the children who enjoyed the game the most were between the ages of 10 and 16 with the boys enjoying the throwing the most. The level of difficulty depends on the child's ability.

This game was so easy to set up, very sturdy and simple to play. My dad has a similar game but this one is made much better since it doesn't come apart when you're playing & the balls are harder too. I just wish it came with the carrying bag instead of having to buy it separately. Also wish it came with a score keeper. My dad's game has a score keeper built on one of the side vertical poles where you slide a rubber ring up & down. We have a great time playing and I would definitely recommend this for outdoor family fun!

Bought this after reading the good reviews as we have a big backyard party every Memorial Weekend.
THIS game was the hit of the party! Seriously! Very easy to set up and the rules are simple.
The ONLY downfall is that we could not figure how to put it back in the box! A GREAT game!!!
