These games were once over twenty dollars each and I spent hours mapping and exploring. I even bought hint books. Yep the graphics are old but it leaves much to your imagination. It was clumsy playing at times but this was game playing on a computer in 90's. EGA graphics (16 colors) and simple music all in DOS leaves it too outdated and incompatible in Vista. It does work in XP. If you want to go back in time and reminisce here are several games for decent price sometimes (out of production now). One thing I still don't miss is the stupid code wheels you have to type in for a few of the games before you can play (anti-piracy). That is why this set loses a star. Now where's my two-handed sword and which way did those dragons go?
