i ordered this for my sookie stackhouse halloween costume. i'm 5'7" and 135 lbs and the medium fit nicely after a run through the washer and dryer. not skin tight, but fitted. it's a cute shirt.

i had two issues with the shirt, and both have to do with the fabric. first of all, for a $22 women's t-shirt this thing is made of ridiculously thin fabric. for $22 i don't expect to receive a paper thin, absolutely see through white t-shirt. i had to wear a white tank top underneath. second, after a run through the washer and dryer this t-shirt looked like it had been wadded up, stuffed into an old shoe, and pulled out two days later. i am not a fan of any t-shirt that i am forced to iron fresh out of the dryer.

knowing what i know now, i would not order this shirt again. i expected a higher quality product ordering directly from HBO. i would have saved myself $7-8 and bought from a cheaper online source.

The T-Shirt was made of good quality fabric. The logo was nicely printed, it fit well, and it washed very nicely in the machine. I never put good T's in the dryer, so no shrinkage. It's held up well and still looks very nice.

With a $2.50 tee shirt, an iron-on sheet, and Microsoft Word you can make your own tee shirt just like this one for under $5.00. Just print the word "Merlotte's Bar and Grill" in your favorite font and then highlight the word and color the background with your favorite color. Cut out in an oval shape and iron on your favorite light colored tee. Voila! A "Merlotte's" tee shirt for under five bucks!! Take the money you saved and buy more books!!

Although this shirt was not purchased direclty from the HBO site, it is an HBO product and the reviews there were not very good, saying that the shirt was too small and thin. But I LOVED it! I have even washed it a time or two and it is still holding up well. The logo is exactly like Sookie's in True Blood. I am a size 4-6 for shirts, and I bought a small and it was perfect. It is fitted in the right places and not "boxy" like a men's t-shirt. I did wear a tight white tank top under it since I wore it to work, but for going out on Halloween you could wear it without layering. I would recommend it!

I actually made my own shirt by going to the fabric store, buying a simple white t-shirt and iron-on paper. I then went online and found the Merlotte's logo and printed it onto the iron-on paper. I then iron on the logo onto the t-shirt and WAA-LAA, I now have a sweet costume for halloween. I did the same thing with an apron.

This is a really well made shirt. Very soft and comfortable. It was perfect for my Sookie Halloween costume! Great price too!

All in all, I loved the shirt! I was very pleased when I got it in the mail. At first I was a little worried because I ordered a "SMALL" (which is what I always wear) and it seemed soo small. But once I had it on with the rest of my costume, it was perfect. A medium would have been too big as in the show, Sookie & all the girls shirts (from Merlotte's) fit very snug. It honestly fit me just right and looked great once I added the blond wig and apron and bite marks. :) If I could post a picture I would.

Both the shirt and the apron were great! They had an HBO tag, so I knew they were authentic, the shirt is just thin enough and VERY soft and comfortable. I loved it. Will wear day to day, and got a lot of comments despite logo only being in the front and not in the back (btw, just like Sookie has in the show).

I bought this for a costume party. Very easy costume. The shirt fit well and wasnt too thin. Great costume, great price!

This is a cute t-shirt. I've worn it once, and I received plenty of comments from other fans of the show. It's fun to have.
